SPEND TIME ON YOUR OWN

 

Today I want you to spend time on you, spend time alone in nature (by the lake, forest, park...)

Renew your inner energy to recharge yourself. Take time to think about your dreams, set up new goals, make a list, and get to know yourself better.

MORNING ROUTINE

 

Today don't rush! Wake up early, make your bed, take time to eat a healthy breakfast, meditate or go for a run or read a book or listen a motivational speech video.  

Change your morning routine!

WORKING ON CHANGING BAD HABITS

 

Today, I want you to identify bad habits such as watching TV, browsing social media, negative self-talk, procrastination and get rid of it. (Change your environment if you need). Understand what triggers your bad habits. Go slow and make a tiny change. Keep going until you create a new habit

.

MAKE A NEW FRIEND

 

Today, Let's meet someone! Spend time with people who are good for your mental health. 

Follow your intuition and meet a new friend (go to the park, coffee shop... And see what happens.

FORGIVENESS 

 

People have a hard time forgiving. Today, I want you to release the heavy feeling and let it go. Take time to write it down and cut this paper. DO IT FOR FREE YOURSELF

GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

 

Today, you gotta do something that you NEVER DID. It can be a new experience, a new place, new event, new something. Let's see what great is going to fall to you.

ENDING TOXIC RELATIONSHIP

 

Today, I want you to end one or several negative relationships (Unfollow, block or Say NO to negative people that mess with your head. Start now and keep going!

BE GRATEFUL

 

Say thank you for what you already have. Don't you see how far you've come already? 

Today I want you to make a list of your success small or big and learn to be grateful for it.

DIET 

 

Today I want to change your Diet routine. Try to eat healthy at your morning breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner, and see how you feel at the end of the day.  

Write positive affirmation statements that make you feel empowered, inspired and motivated. Do not use negative word.

KNOWLEDGE

 

Today, spend time at least 30 min to study something that would make you better at your job, in your relationship or for your personal development.

NO NEGATIVE THOUGHT

 

Today I want you to try saying nothing negative and watch your life change. Pay attention to your inner voice and stop any negative self-talk, stop complaining; instead, be positive, and attract blessings.

BE GENEROUS

 

Helping others is the way we help ourselves. So today, give yourself time to help someone else. Ex: homeless, offer a coffee & learn more about his story and see if you can help him to reconnect with his family, or give away clothes, etc

SAY THANK YOU

 

To everyone who deserves it. Today, call your mom, your husband or wife, your kids, your friends. Say thank you to the rare individuals into your life who have listened without judgment, and understood without pretention.

DREAM BIG

 

Visualize yourself as the person you'd like to become and let's rewrite your story together. Let's connect with a FREE SESSION and set goals that make you jump out of bed every morning.
